Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains pre-book cancellations, balance payments, and refunds for AsliAam seasonal orders. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Cancelling your pre-book (token)

  • Within 48 hours of placing your pre-book: you may cancel and receive a full refund of the pre-book amount (subject to any deductions retained by payment gateways or banks, if applicable).
  • After 48 hours from pre-book: the pre-book (token) amount is non-refundable. This reserves your place for the season and supports harvest planning.

2. Balance payment before shipment

The remaining amount for your order must be paid at least 72 hours before your scheduled shipment date. We will notify you on the contact number you shared at pre-book (WhatsApp / SMS or call, as we operate) with the shipment window and a secure link or instructions to pay the balance.

Orders are prepared for dispatch only after we receive the balance (unless you chose a single full payment at checkout where offered).

3. Cancellations after balance is paid

Once the balance is paid and your order is packed or handed to the courier, standard cancellation may not be possible; see below for quality or non-delivery issues.

4. Non-delivery or significant delay

If we cannot fulfil your order due to our fault (e.g. stock shortfall after payment), we will refund the applicable amount paid for that order to the original payment method where possible, or offer a replacement box if you prefer and stock allows.

5. Quality & damage

If your box arrives with significant damage attributable to transit or clearly substandard fruit versus what we describe, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will review and may offer a partial refund, replacement on the next feasible shipment, or store credit, at our discretion.

6. Delivery regions & timelines

Shipments start early May. We ship to major metro cities as shown on our site. Rural or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable—your checkout flow will indicate if delivery is unavailable. Timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather, logistics, or harvest readiness.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank or UPI settlement times depend on your bank and the payment provider—typically a few business days.
